Belle Signs

My daughter quickly picked up on the signs I was teaching her. Everyone around me was amazed! It was very new to them.

My favorite story is, we were taking a long road trip and Isabelle started whining in the back seat. When I turned and asked her what was the matter she signed "eat". So I gave her a snack.

About 10 minutes later she started whining to get my attention again. When asked what was the matter, she signed "drink". So I gave her some apple juice.

She took one sip, threw the cup down and signed "milk" to me. I laughed and prompted my husband to find a gas station so we could buy her some milk!!
