Baby Sign for Balloon

Both dominant and non-dominant hands are in fists with thumbs folded over fingers. The thumb and pointer side of your non-dominant hand's fist touches the pinky side of the dominant hand. The dominant hand's thumb and pointer side of your fist rests on or just below your mouth. Palms should be facing opposite directions.

Slowly, while puffing your cheeks, slightly move your hands away from your face.

After a couple inches, open your hands in unison until they look like they are holding a ball. This sign looks like someone blowing up a balloon.
