Baby Sign for Cracker

With both hands in fists, place your non-dominant hand in front of your dominant shoulder so your arm is across your chest. Leaving your hand on your chest, with your dominant hand, tap the bottom of your non-dominant elbow with your finger's knuckles. Use the same motion as if you were knocking on a door.
