Fold every finger on your dominant hand into a fist except for your pinky. Bring your hand up to where your palm is facing you and your pinky is resting lightly on your chin. Now twist your wrist so your pinky pivots on your chin. At the end of each pivot, to reduce the stress on your wrist, you can move your hand away from your face a few inches. Repeat this a few times.
