How to Sign the word Apple

The sign for apple focuses on the letter 'x' handshape. What you want to do is start out so that your palm is facing outward when you begin. Your first finger should be bent, then touch the dimple area of your cheek.

You then slightly twist your hand so that your palm is now facing inward.
