Start by using both dominant and non-dominant hands. Your hands are flat with fingers and thumbs together, palms facing down.
Place your dominant hand inches away from your upper chest, thumb side closest to you. Your non-dominant hand will be a few (about 3) inches in front of your lower chest, with thumb closest to you. Elbows should be sticking out.
Bring both hands in until they touch your upper and lower chest simultaneously and repeat this motion twice. Make sure you place emphasis on the movement when the hands touch the chest.
