This sign uses the manual ‘w’ handshape from the American Sign Language manual alphabet.
You take this ‘w’ handshape and place this near the lower-right side of your chin/cheek area. Your palm should be facing left (or facing right, if you are using your left hand). Tap this right cheek/chin area twice. (Only your index (first) finger should be touching/tapping your lower-chin)
